Return Policy
For in-store purchases
Wasted Fashion will happily provide an exchange or refund only within 7 days of the original purchase date. All item(s) must be unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition with the tags attached and original sales receipt. All SALE item(s), UNDERGARMENTS, JEWELRY and BODYSUIT(s) are FINAL SALE.
Footwear must be in the original shoe box with the lid.
No return(s), or exchange(s) will be accepted on any storewide sale day.
All returns or exchanges are ONLY processed in store.
For online purchases
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) please refer to our store’s Return Policy to ensure your item(s) meets the criteria stated. If your item(s) meet this criteria, please email contact@wastedfashion.com explaining why you’d like to return your item(s). Please note that we must receive your item(s) within 7 days of the day your online purchase was delivered to you. If we receive your item(s) outside of the 7 day window, we will NOT be able to process the exchange or issue a refund.
Holiday Return Policy
Christmas Gifts purchased after November 1st are eligible for exchange or refund until January 4th. Please see store Return Policy for return eligibility. Exchange or refund is only eligible if the receipt indicates it was a Christmas gift, and signed by a staff member.
